MARIANA BRAZIL
Federal deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP), son of former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL), went live this Wednesday (6) celebrating Donald Trump’s victory in the United States. In his speech, Bolsonaro’s 3rd son said that the world is becoming more conservative and that the scenario could repeat itself in Brazil.
“He [Trump] came back stronger than ever. It’s not hard to imagine that this could happen in Brazil too. Suddenly it was daddy from heaven saying ‘look, Bolsonaro, you weren’t supposed to be elected in 2022 because you wouldn’t have so many tools to put your ideas forward’”, he stated.
“In 2026, with a majority in the Chamber, in the Senate, international allies, we have the possibility of having a Milei in Argentina, a Trump in the United States, several allied authorities”, he said. “The world is moving towards being more conservative.”
The parliamentarian traveled to the United States in recent days to follow the elections and was at the club where Trump watched the counting of the ballots.
Still this Wednesday, Eduardo responded to the post made by Lula (PT), in which the president congratulated Trump. “Wishing the Nazi government luck?” he joked.
