The 36th round of the Brazilian Series B starts tomorrow (9), and could already bring some definitions to the championship. Among the teams that will play until next Tuesday (12), three can guarantee access to Series A, while another three can determine their relegation.

With just one more victory, Santos already secures its access, without the need for any combination. Just beat Coritiba and the fish, which is in first place in the table with 65 points, guarantees promotion. If they draw or lose, it is still possible to move up if Ceará does not beat Botafogo-SP.

The teams Novorizontino and Mirassol can also determine entry into Series A. Novorizontino, in second place in the table with 63 points, will move up if they beat the Operário team, and Ceará does not beat Botafogo or Sport loses to Chapecoense. The other possible scenario for Tigre do Vale’s promotion is a draw with Operário, if Ceará loses to Botafogo.

Mirassol, in turn, moves up if they beat Avaí, and Ceará doesn’t beat Botafogo. Currently, the team is in third place, with 62 points in the Series B table.

On the relegation side, Guarani, Brusque and Ituano are at high risk, with the latter having an almost definite drop. The three could end up falling in this round, which is also a risk for Ponte Preta, CRB, Chapecoense, Botafogo-SP and Paysandu, who are increasingly close to being relegated.

Guarani, in twentieth place in the table with 31 points, is the one most likely to be relegated, with 99.80%. The team could fall if they lose or draw with Amazonas. If they win, it is still possible to be relegated, if CRB beats Goiás, or Ponte Preta beats Vila Nova combined with a Chapecoense score against Sport. If CRB and Ponte Preta win their respective games between Saturday and Monday, Guarani will already play on Tuesday being relegated.

For Brusque, 19th with 33 points, relegation has a 98.78% chance of happening, and comes immediately if they lose the game against Paysandu. If it draws, it could fall if CRB draws with Goiás or Ponte Preta wins against Vila Nova. If you win your match, you could still fall if Botafogo scores over Ceará, CRB beats Goiás and Chapecoense beats Sport.
