In an interview with Sheetformer president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) said he “knows his place” next to the American president elected on Wednesday (7), Donald Trump. For Bolsonaro, he is to Trump what Paraguay is to Brazil.
“I was the last head of state to recognize the victory of [Joe] Biden, he doesn’t forget that. And I know my place around him. I am for him as Paraguay is for Brazil.”
The former president compared the situations he and Trump experienced during their respective presidencies and said that the scenarios there are repeated in Brazil.
“Almost everything that happens there happens here. There was the , who had deaths. They tried in every way to put it on his account. Of course, he is a person with a huge difference in relation to me, he was president of a very rich country , fantastic, he has good friends with everyone, the guy is a billionaire. He faced persecution from the Judiciary here. But it’s still a sign for us to “do things right.”
