The event Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone In Concertwhich travels the world, arrives in São Paulo this Saturday (9). The show, which will bring Villa Lobos Symphony Orchestra playing the classic soundtrack from the first film in the franchise, it also visited Brasília, this Thursday (7).
The show takes place at Vibra São Paulo and some tickets are still available on the website. The plan is for fans to relive the magic of the film in “high definition”. According to information released about the event, the production will be reproduced on a giant screen, while the orchestra inspired by the work of maestro John Williams plays.
The event is held in partnership between the companies Warner Bros. Discovery Global Themed Entertainment and CineConcerts, and was created in 2016. Since then, it has gathered more than 3 million fans.
He has already been to Brazil before, in fact. The presentation was in São Paulo in 2018, for two concerts. The expectation is that by 2025 there will be more than 2,973 presentations in more than 48 countries around the world.
“Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone” hit theaters in 2001 and brought the story of the “boy who lived” to the big screen. In the plot, Harry Potter discovers on his 11th birthday that he is the orphan of two wizards and has his own magical powers. At Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, he faces a powerful Dark Wizard determined to destroy him.
