Slovak football representative Stanislav Lobotka has recovered from a thigh injury and on Sunday he will be on the roster of Napoli in the Italian Serie A match against Inter Milan. He confirmed it at the pre-match press conference the coach of the table leader Antonio Conte.
“Lobo has been training with the team since the middle of the week and will be available for the match against Inter. It is difficult to say now whether he will start from the beginningwe still have to judge it. We are all well aware of his qualities and how valuable our team is,” emphasized Conte, for whom the duel will have a special charge. He led Inter to win the title in the 2020/2021 season. Lobotkov was also part of the squad at the time teammate from the Slovak national team, Milan Škriniar.
Lobotka was injured in October’s League of Nations match against Azerbaijan (3:1) and missed league matches against Empoli, Lecce, AC Milan and Atalanta Bergamo. The experienced midfielder is not missing in the nomination of the coach of the Slovak national team, Francesco Calzona, for the final two LN duels against Sweden (November 15 in Stockholm) and Estonia (November 19 in Trnava).
