“Protect Our Futures” march calls president-elect’s victory a “danger to come”
An act in response to the race for the White House brought together protesters this Saturday (9.Nov.2024) in New York, in the United States. The “Protect Our Futures” march was called by the immigrant advocacy organization .
Groups such as , , and also participated in the event, held near Trump Tower, in Manhattan.

The former president and Republican Party candidate won the elections against Vice President Kamala Harris (Democrat). At 10am this Saturday, he had 301 delegates after being declared the .
The winner in Arizona remains to be determined. Trump has the advantage. If he wins, he will have 312 delegates, compared to Kamala’s 226. Republicans won the majority in the Senate and could repeat the scenario in the Chamber.
