Synopsis

It’s almost autumn in the Hundred Acre Wood, and just as change will soon come to the leaves of the Honey Tree, so too will Christopher Robin’s long, lazy afternoons. While Pooh no longer meets his friend in the Woods and sees him returning to school – at the same time
when your honey runs out – the most adventurous and wonderful year the Forest has ever seen begins. On a stormy autumn afternoon, Piglet is swept away by a gust of wind, getting stuck in a tree. When Pooh and Tigger try to help Piglet out of his predicament, they also
end up stuck in the tree.

In the middle of a snowy winter, Ió’s home is destroyed, forcing him to leave the Hundred Acre Wood unless his friends find another place for him to live. As the Forest thaws and spring flowers bloom, Coelho worries about sowing this year’s harvest and establishes a new set of rules that everyone must follow. However, his increasingly detailed and often confusing rules are at odds with Tigger’s carefree and fun-loving attitude. And on a dark summer night, our friends encounter a terrifying new threat that appears in the night: Espeaker and Woozles.

Finally, Christopher Robin returns for one last day of fun and expresses doubts about leaving the Hundred Acre Wood and going to his new school. Pooh reminds him that he is braver than he believes, stronger than he seems, and smarter than he thinks. Winnie the Pooh: The New Musical Adaptation premiered in New York in fall 2021 and toured the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Japan. Additional cities and countries will be announced soon.
