Donald Trump will win the presidential race in the state of Arizona, projects CNN.
The state has 11 delegates in the Electoral College. THE CNN projected earlier this week that after reaching the 270 electoral votes needed to win the presidential election.
Arizona became a key battleground state and helped President Joe Biden win in 2020. It then helped Democrats gain control of the Senate in 2020 and keep it in 2022. Biden’s victory in Arizona, four years ago, it was the closest voting margin in the country – 10,457 votes.
The addition of Arizona’s 11 Electoral College votes brings Trump’s final electoral count to 312. Kamala Harris will finish the election with 226.
