The polenta diet that gets rid of 15 kilograms in a month
If we know how to prepare it, polenta can be extremely effective in the fight against extra pounds. We can even lose more than ten kilograms in a single month. Here are the steps:
- On the first day we can eat it for breakfast. We cut a slice of polenta and eat it with a boiled egg, a slice of cheese and a little cottage cheese. Afterwards we can eat an apple as a snack. For lunch we can opt for grilled chicken, two spoons of polenta and a salad. We can also have a handful of nuts as a snack. For dinner we need a cup of whole grain yogurt.
- The next day, a bowl of milk with polenta, or a little polenta, along with an egg and two tablespoons of cream, should be enough in the morning. For lunch, grilled fish with clams, a salad, as well as polenta, will be a delicious meal, and throughout the day we can taste fruit, or two slices of toast with avocado. For dinner, we can serve polenta with cheese.
- On the third day, in the morning we can serve polenta with a boiled egg and cheese, and for lunch, a plate of vegetable, beef or chicken soup, with polenta. Dinner can consist of green salad with pasta, lemon, mustard and a little olive oil. Of course, throughout the day we can also taste nuts or fruits.
- On the fourth day we will be able to serve in the morning an omelet made of two eggs, a few olives, cottage cheese, two slices of wholemeal bread, and a cucumber. For lunch, we will have a salad, along with mushroom stew and polenta. The last meal of the day will consist of a crouton cream soup.
- On the fifth day, we can eat polenta with a little low cream and cheese. At lunch, we will be able to enjoy two or three sarmaluts, with polenta, and at dinner we will have a salad with whatever we want.
It’s a very strict menu, to be sure, but it will help us lose even 15 kilograms in a single month. Of course, we can also eat fruit or nuts as a snack between meals. But if we don’t deviate from the diet, we should see impressive results.
