British model Georgina Cooper died on the Greek island of Kos. She was only 46 years old. The model’s friends Jade Parfitt and Erin O’Connor confirmed her death on Thursday, November 8 via Instagram, the portal writes. The Daily Mail reports that she died of a cerebral hemorrhage due to prolonged covid.
“Georgina did not feel well during covid, she developed health problems and was in the hospital,” her agent Dean Goodman said. “However, she had plans for the future. She had just got married and was looking forward to her life. They are all destroyed. She was a real superstar,” he laments.
A model fell ill on a Greek island and was hospitalized. When her condition worsened, she was airlifted to Crete. She stayed in the intensive care unit for five days, but eventually died. Her body was taken back to England.
