Bodybuilder Ramon Dino made a rare unpainted appearance this Sunday (10), when he was a guest at the “Musclecontest FitPira”, a bodybuilding tournament that brings together amateur and professional athletes in Piracicaba, in the interior of São Paulo. The tendency is for Dino to avoid further appearances until Olympia 2025 to “hide” his physique before the competition.

Dino was called by the event to perform a “Guest Pose”, when a professional athlete is invited to perform an exclusive choreography. The presentation did not feature the tan paint used in tournaments to highlight muscles.

The tendency, in fact, is for the Brazilian to step out of the spotlight to focus on preparation and make an impact with his physique when the dispute arrives in Las Vegas.

“There’s not much of a secret. It’s about improving the condition, the volume. We will have a longer period, since there won’t be the Arnold Classic. So it will be possible to do this job perfectly. Expectations are high”, said Dino during the event .

The main candidate to overthrow the hegemony of Canadian Chris Bumstead, Ramon Dino disappointed in this year’s world championship by only finishing fourth in the competition. The bodybuilder, however, didn’t let the defeat shake him. In October, he was crowned Mr. Olympia Brazil champion, guaranteeing his place at next year’s world championship.
