Markets: goodbye Intel, hello Nvidia. The first is falling on the Nasdaq

Mythical microprocessor company has already been replaced in the Dow Jones index. It’s still on the NASDAQ…and it’s not going well.

25 years ago, the Intel was one of 30 companies in the Dow Jones, one of the most important stock market indices in the US and the world.

Era. Last Friday it was by Nvidia. A sign of the times, as described by .

Nvidia is today a world leader in the production of graphics processing chips, artificial intelligence – and a business leader in general.

Intel was historical, whether because of its relevant role in chips or because it was one of the oldest companies in the Dow Jones.

But it has lagged behind in its market segment and clearly missed the artificial intelligence “train” in recent years. It hasn’t been updated, apparently.

In the Dow Jones index, it was the company with lowest value per shareas shown by the agency.

Now it is suffering yet another setback in its recent trajectory, after the obvious difficulties in the market (now it is in the markets).

Speaking of markets, Intel continues to NASDAQ, stock exchange that sets the pace in the USA and the first electronic exchange in the world. And it’s not going well: even this Monday it was the company with the biggest drop (-4,37%).

Nvidia had a better day, but not much better: it fell 1.54% on the stock market.
