“Mr. Lullaby”, a new horror film by JH Markert

A town among the hills shrouded in fog. A rainy landscape full of towering trees. And deep underground – a mysterious old railway tunnel. Long abandoned, it inexplicably summons children who disappear into it with mute obedience. In the thick, damp darkness, everyone becomes defenseless, and everyone must face the figments of their imagination on their own.

Or maybe what lurks in the dark really exists? Maybe it’s not madness, but real evil that is inexorably creeping to the surface? A constant whisper in my head. Like a scary children’s rhyme, but also a precise order. Is it possible to silence this persistent voice? What is a person capable of if he lets him lead him?

She hadn’t paid much attention to this house until now. But now it was impossible to take your eyes off him. Or rather, what Simon did to the trees around him. Apparently Shajbus used the Ripper not only for felling, but also for carving.

And he was really good at it. Damn good. When it came to art, Simon was a genius. He had an extraordinary imagination. It seemed as if every tree trunk within ten meters had been transformed into a totem. Szajbus created an entire army with a chainsaw. Some totems were only a meter high. Others even five. Each trunk has been transformed into something sinister: a strange animal, a gargoyle, or some other monster. Beth watched them all in the dim light of her flashlight.
