The operation began at 10:00 this Tuesday and “some arrests” and “seizures of narcotic products” have already been made.
The PSP has been carrying out 17 searches in the cities of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia this Tuesday, as part of a police operation to combat drug trafficking.
In a statement, the PSP explains that 17 searches are being carried out in the two municipalities of the Porto Metropolitan Area, and, at 11:30 am, one of the neighborhoods targeted by that investigation force’s intervention was the Sé neighborhood, in Porto.

In that operation, the source pointed out, “several aspects” of the PSP are participating, such as the Criminal Investigation Center, the Special Unit, elements of the Intervention Corps, among others.
