Santo Estêvão Sueca Tournament will raise funds for the “Unidos Pelo Futsal” project

The Santo Estêvão Parish Council Hall, in the municipality of Tavira, will host a Swedish tournament on November 17th, starting at 2pm, organized by Associação 1597.

The Santo Estêvão Sueca Tournament aims to “raise funds for the ‘Unidos Pelo Futsal’ project, an inclusive initiative that promotes sport among children in the village”, explains the 1597 Association, adding that “the proceeds from the tournament will be destined to acquisition of a vehicle to transport children participating in the project”.

“The tournament will feature prizes for the first four pairs of each round, encouraging participation and healthy competitiveness among players”, informs the organization.

At the end of the event, Associação 1597 invites “all participants for a traditional snack, providing a moment of fraternization and celebration”.

The organization invites “the entire community to participate in this solidarity event and support the ‘Unidos Pelo Futsal’ project. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of children in our village.”
