São Paulo clubs earned more money in 2024 from the Campeonato Paulista than from the Libertadores, Sudamericana and Copa do Brasil cups, according to data obtained by Poder360. The values refer to the amounts received for each tournament, and not the summed amounts.
and , who competed in national and international competitions in 2024, received at least R$40 million each from the Campeonato Paulista. For being champion, the alviverde team earned an additional R$5 million.
Santos, who competed in Series B in 2024, received R$41.65 million from the FPF (São Paulo Football Federation) – the account considers an extra R$1.65 million paid for winning the vice-president. Did not compete in other competitions.
The amounts received refer to:
- broadcasting rights;
- marketing revenue (sale of arena advertising, digital properties and broadcast insertions sold by FPF).
