The president of the Chamber of Deputies, (PP-AL), said this Tuesday (12.nov.2024) that he did not receive “no call” of the president’s government (PT) to discuss the package to review public spending.
The deputy from Alagoas made the statement upon arriving at an event of the evangelical group that was attended by (Republicanos-PB), favorite to preside over the Chamber in 2025. The group met at the Steak Bull steakhouse, in Brasília.

The Minister of Finance, Fernando Haddad, has already said that he would meet before the package was made official with Lira and (PSD–MG), president of the Senate. According to the Poder360no meeting has been held so far.
Pacheco, however, was invited by Lula to a meeting at Palácio do Planalto on Wednesday (Nov 13), at 9am. The theme of the meeting was not disclosed.
