Nikola Weiterová’s ex-fiancé, fitness trainer and member of the men’s dance group Tomáš Hradecky (45) is fighting an insidious disease. Tomáš was diagnosed with cancer of the root of the tongue. The whole of Slovakia learned about his story in mid-August, when a collection was created for his treatment. The daughter of singer Otto Weiter has now spoken about his health.
Although the pair were no longer close, Tomáš’s diagnosis affected her. “His illness was a slap in the face of reality for many of us. Cancer does not choose, and unfortunately this has been confirmed even now. But we can choose how we approach it. You are a warrior like no other I know except you! If anyone can give it, it’s you! Don’t even think of leaving me here with them!” Nikola wrote on the social network in August. Already then, the cancer had progressed to his liver and lungs.
Unfortunately, his health is not improving. “As for Tomas, of course, we are in contact. We texted yesterday, so he’s alive. It’s true that he’s found more tumors and it’s not looking good, but he’s fighting“, Weiterová said sad words to Nové Čas.
