“We’re not really hurting anyone”: A Large Families candidate at the heart of the controversy, she steps up to the plate

From Hollywood stars to French personalities, no one escapes Gaëtan’s devouring curiosity to tell stories. Feeding on Star Academy and Sous le soleil, like any good self-respecting millennial, he now takes great pleasure in deciphering PAF broadcasts. His guilty pleasure? Watch old episodes of the show Strip Tease over and over again.

Audrey Boibessot will remember this installation for a long time. Indeed, after initiating this activity with her eight children, the mother of “Large Families: Life in XXL” was faced with a wave of criticism. She answered bluntly.

Moms highlighted in Large families, life in XXL haven’t had a second of respite since the end of summer. Between the start of the school year, extracurricular activities and the All Saints’ Day holidays, they are constantly in demand, without a moment’s break. Among them, the Boibessot family. Parents of eight children, with the arrival of little Tancrède in December 2023, Audrey and Hervé lead a hectic daily life. A busy schedule which, however, did not prevent Audrey, the happy mother of this tribe, from speaking during the podcast One beautiful daybroadcast on Famille Chrétienne on November 4.

During this interview, the woman who lives in Occitanie spoke in particular about. Indeed, during her honeymoon several years ago, Audrey had a miscarriage. It then took her three years to get pregnant again. An expectation that she had a lot of difficulty living, particularly because of the way people looked at her. It was a very long time, more than three years without getting pregnant. […] At a time when I was coming to terms with the fact that maybe I was wrong, maybe I wasn’t meant to have children after all.”she told the podcast microphone. And to add, about this period: “We think about it night and day in fact. When we want to start a family, we feel like it’s the moment, we think about it all the time.” A time now past since Audrey is the happy mother of eight children.

Audrey Boibessot’s clarification in the face of criticism from Internet users

Attacked on her social networks, Audrey Boibessot wanted to make an update on Instagram, where she did not hesitate to step up to defend her interests. “You think it’s too early but last year starting on December 1st we found it was too late… I assure you it’s not your home that we decorated, it’s our home and I don’t think we’re really hurting anyone.”she said about putting up her Christmas tree.

“Be calm, nothing will alter my joy, I sincerely pity the bitter ones, kindness is lost and gives way to a lot of jealousy, judgment, gratuitous criticism…”she wrote. Comments which follow criticism from Internet users on the date, considered too early, of installing his Christmas tree. We can also see the tree in the photo behind this text. Very religious, the one who found her faith in 2009 after having lived a mystical experience which made her know the love of God seems completely at ease with decorating her tree almost two months before New Year’s Eve. “Their limits are not mine and my joy does not depend on comments, I am not here to please, I just want to show that everything is possible with love, that’s all”concludes the one who proudly displays her pretty tree, decorated by her eight children.
