The car in which there were explosions in Brasília and which is parked about 300 meters from the Esplanada dos Ministérios is in the name of a man who was a candidate for councilor for the PL in Santa Catarina.
Francisco Wanderley Luiz, 59, is a locksmith and ran in the election under the name Tiü França, in Rio do Sul (SC), but was not elected.
Military police officers who were close to the vehicle when the explosions occurred told reporters that they suspected that the person responsible for the car was the man in front of the .
In a press conference on Wednesday night (13), the vice-governor of Celina Leão, said there was evidence that the owner of the car was the same person who died in Praça dos Três Poderes after the explosions.
On social media, Wanderley Luiz made posts in a threatening tone.
Both the area around the car and the area where the body was found are isolated by police. Federal Police agents say there is a risk of unexploded explosives remaining.
Wanderley Luiz published references to bombs and explosions on social media early in the evening and said that the Federal Police would have to disarm the equipment.
“Let’s play??? Federal Police, you have 72 hours to defuse the bomb in the house of the shitty communists”, he said, in screenshots of cell phone screens that he posted on his Facebook page.
In another text, he spoke of “revolution” and mentioned November 15th, the Proclamation of the Republic.
He also published a photo of himself in front of what would be the empty STF (Supreme Federal Court) plenary, saying that “they let the fox into the hen house (sty)”. It is not clear whether the photo is a montage.
