How many pounds have you lost?
I lost 7 kilos. I took them back very very quickly, after a week I think. On the other hand, the muscle took longer to come back. I had to get back into sport, obviously. It took about one to two months to get back to my normal fitness level.
How did the return to reality go?

A little anyway. In fact, I was super super hungry all the time. I didn’t feel full. I didn’t know when to stop eating. I had to eat something every hour. It was complicated. But it calmed down over time, naturally.
