Marfrig reverses losses and profits R$79.1 million in the 3rd quarter

Company will pay R$2.5 billion (R$2.82 per share) in interim dividends, to be paid in December

The company presented a net profit of R$79.1 million in the 3rd quarter of 2024, reversing a loss of R$112 million recorded in the same period last year.

The company’s quarterly balance sheet was released this Wednesday (13.Nov.2024), after the market closed. Here is it (PDF – 654 kB).

Consolidated net revenue was R$37.7 billion, an increase of 12.4% year-on-year.

Ebitda (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) increased by 60.4%, to R$3.9 billion. The consolidated margin was 10.3%, an increase of 307 basis points in the annual comparison.

“In the quarter, 76% of consolidated managerial EBITDA was the result of , 11% from the North America Operation and 13% from the South America Operation”says the document.

The company will pay R$2.5 billion (R$2.824256 per share) in interim dividends, to be paid in December.
