The general director of the PF, Andrei Rodrigues, met with President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), at Palácio da Alvorada. The president is following the case and is being informed in real time.

The explosions were heard at an interval of about half a minute, at around 7:30 pm. One person died. The Praça dos Três Poderes area was isolated.
