Following the tradition of random tours, Ronaldinho Gaúcho attended COP29, the annual conference of the United Nations (UN) to address climate issues. Invited by the government of Azerbaijan, the country hosting the event, the wizard appeared wearing a beret and sunglasses at the conference.
On social media, Ronaldinho published a photo in front of a COP29 panel, in Baku, capital of Azerbaijan. The former player went with businessman Adnan Ahmadzada, former vice-president of the Azerbaijan state oil company.
COP29 brings together almost 200 countries in a climate forum, debating international financing to combat the effects of the environmental crisis that the planet has been facing in recent years.
