Smart eating. Three changes at the table that will help you lose weight

Lose those extra pounds without giving up the pleasure of eating.

“Small day-to-day choices can make all the difference when it comes to losing weight,” begins nutritionist Ana Rita Campos, in a post on the social network Instagram, in which she shares three food swaps. She also says that these substitutions “are simple and help to reduce sugar and calorie consumption without sacrificing taste”.

Swap:

  1. Sweet popcorn for sugar-free popcorn
  2. Plain yogurt for low-fat yogurt;
  3. Traditional cereals with sugar for cocoa balls with no added sugar.
