The billionaire advisor to US President-elect Donald Trump, met on Monday with Iran’s UN ambassador Amir Saeed Iravani, according to a report in the New York Times.
Citing two Iranian officials, the US newspaper said the discussion revolved around how tensions between Tehran and Washington could be eased.
The Iranian officials, who are not being named, described the Musk-Iravani meeting as “positive.”
