“The perpetrator of the explosion in Praça dos Três Poderes was in Annex IV of the Chamber this Wednesday morning. He entered at 8:15 am, went to the bathroom and soon left. A sweep was carried out in all the places he passed and nothing was found”, it says the note.
From the images, it is possible to see Francisco entering annex four, identifying himself at the entrance and then going through the x-ray. He was wearing jeans, a t-shirt and a white hat. He was wearing sandals.
There are no records of him leaving the Chamber among the videos released.
According to the Chamber, there were no records of any explosions on the House’s premises and, after the incident, security measures were reinforced.
“The sweep of the House and surrounding areas took place throughout the night and into the morning of this Thursday (14/11), including with dogs. No bomb was found. Other sweeps are planned as a preventive measure.”
One of the explosions occurred in a car on a street next to Annex Four of the Chamber. This Thursday morning, . The House also released images showing the moment the car exploded.
In another video, it is possible to see, in the background, the moment in which Francisco throws bombs towards the STF (Supreme Federal Court) building.
