A record that has never been seen before: A rock group played a concert in incredible depth

A rock group from the Canadian province of Ontario won the Guinness World Record for the concert at the greatest depth underground. The group played at a depth of 2,464.9 meters. TASR informs on the basis of a report by the UPI agency. Miners & Sons played a concert at the Kidd Mine on November 15 near the city of Timmins, located approximately 550 kilometers north of Toronto.

The band surpassed the previous record by more than 570 meters. The previous record holder was the Shaft Bottom Boys, who played the Creighton Mine in Sudbury in 2020. The city is also located in the province of Ontario, Timmins and Sudbury are separated by approximately 220 kilometers.
