Moderator Adela Vinczeová (44) stood up for her husband and refused to participate in the spring series of the popular TV program Markíza Let’s Dance. As she admitted in an interview with , her decision to stand behind Viktor caused different reactions.

She admitted to the newspaper that she did not receive much support after her departure from the show, it should have come only from one person from around Let’s Dance and a colleague outside Markíza.

He explains that, as before, many people publicly stood behind the issues of democracy and freedom in the fields of culture, media, and she was the one who didn’t express herself, or did it through “A Little Different”, so now her time has come again.

But ordinary people are cheering for Adele and Viktor, and she later explained her actions again. “Thank you for all the support. And only for those who say that – I have a lot of other worries – I have the next ‘storka’. Because we will always have our worries, but if we don’t guard some key topics, our usual worries will only increase…” she stated on Instagram and pointed to the example of a female fan from Serbia.

“Freedom of the media is very important, in Serbia we allowed ourselves to absorb reality and exchange it for the ‘reality’ of one political party. Now there is so much corruption that people are losing their lives because of irresponsible officials who are just exchanging positions with each other. Historical monuments and nature are being destroyed every day, they sold out everything they could, so they have already started selling land. And all this is presented beautifully by the regime media, people ‘drink’ it like the purest water, and whoever sees what is actually happening is a fool… So, the freedom of the media must be protected – don’t give in,” she wrote.

How it looks in a country without free media, another woman wrote in her message: “Hungarians ditto. The husband works in a company that also cooperates with Hungarians. Since Orbán is in power, they don’t learn anything from the media. Everything is censored….”
