Animals, penises or schnitzel: motif socks as a curious ongoing trend

Fashion designer Wolfgang Joop gave me tips about my outfit during an interview a few years ago. For example, he said that I could also afford crazier things. For example, a chrysanthemum on the lapel or a colorful scarf around the neck. What he probably thought less about were socks with motifs. Of course, they have been around for a while, but at the moment, apart from online retail, they are increasingly being offered in shops, with colorful mushrooms popping up all over the city.
