In the marquee serial hit Second Chance, it will be about life. A small earthquake hits the hospital. Andrej, played by the actor Ján Koleník, gets stuck in the elevator with his nurse and pregnant patient Valéria (Alžbeta Bartošová), who goes into labor right in the elevator. Sister Renáta will be played by Anna Magdaléna Hroboňová, who plays in the series Dunaj, at your service Alenka’s sister – Marína Valentová.
The entire Bezručova hospital will experience extremely dramatic moments. An unforeseen event paralyzes the standard functioning of all departments and exposes Andrej to a situation where he will have to fight to save human lives in very improvised conditions… and Filip and Oliver will also face similar challenging challenges. How will it all turn out and what impact will the events of one day have on their future lives and decisions? It was a big challenge for the actors, because they had to play not only emotions, relationships and individual stories, but also the earthquake itself. The words of the experienced actor Ján Koleník speak for themselves. “The hospital finds itself in danger during the earthquake and we get stuck in the elevator with a pregnant patient. However, there is a more complicated diagnosis and Andrej will have to solve it all“, he told the marquee show Reflex. “This entire series requires concentration, I am usually on set for twelve hours, as everything revolves around Andrej. It is necessary to focus on the texts, on the medical terms and on the situation itself, because this series offers the most borderline situations – just like the one in the elevator,” added the popular actor at the end.
