With conversations to become SAF underway, Portuguesa is thinking about coaches to start the project.
Last Wednesday (13/11), the Portuguesa SAF project was presented by businesspeople from Tauá Partners (responsible for management), Revee (for the administration of the Canindé space) and XP Investimentos (for the financial investment).
This Thursday (14/11), the Deliberative Council (CD) of Portuguesa approved the proposal, in a meeting that took place in the evening at the Salão Nobre do Canindé.
Will Maurício Barbieri sign with Portuguesa?
According to GE’s findings, although talks had supposedly started, investors denied this and highlighted that they “want to innovate”. Barbieri has played for teams like Vasco and Red Bull Bragantino.
Lusa’s future purchasing team states that the coach being negotiated has a “contemporary profile and a playing style aligned with European philosophies”.
The new coach should be announced next week, if the SAF is, in fact, approved.
