In Brazil while recovering from injury, Neymar was invited by Santos to watch the team’s game against CRB, in Vila Belmiro. The match will take place on Sunday (11/17) and could give Peixe the Series B title.
The invitation stirred Santos fans, as the Saudi Arabian press reported, at the beginning of November, that Neymar could leave Al-Hilal early. The Brazilian has a contract with the club until June 2025.
A series of injuries have prevented Neymar from playing for the Arab team. After spending a year out with ligament damage, the player suffered a muscle problem in his second game of the season. It will be stopped for at least another month.

Will Neymar watch the Santos game?
Even with the invitation, Neymar will not be present at Sunday’s game (11/17). Despite being injured, the athlete will have to comply with the schedule imposed by Al-Hilal. Passing through Brazil to celebrate his daughter Mavie’s birthday, he will have to return to Saudi Arabia to continue recovering from the injury to the back of his right thigh.

Will Neymar play for Santos?
Santos admits that they are holding talks with Neymar regarding the star’s possible return to the club where he was revealed. The chance of this happening at the beginning of the year is remote. It will increase in June, in the event that the player becomes free on the market.
Neymar maintains links with Santos and often goes to Vila Belmiro when he is visiting Brazil. The board is in permanent contact with him.
