Among other things, the actor talked about the show he’s in, while he revealed the bad moment he recently had during rehearsals, causing him to burst out in front of the cast and the director.
“We are doing a new play written by Eri Kyrgia and based on Mary Shelley’s book. This creature in the book that the scientist makes with human characteristics, here it is not human, it is the first AI machine. Going into the process of learning about artificial intelligence I read things we think we know, but we don’t. The work deals with all these ontological elements and for our lives. the project puts us in the process of asking questions and reflecting”initially said Yannis Stankoglou about the performance “Frankenstein & Eliza” at the Porea theater.
Yannis Stankoglou then said: “One question that arose for me from the project was ‘how can we create a monster ourselves.’ I believe we all hide a monster inside us. The project is also about science. I used to have many dark sides, which I have shared with the world. I think I have come to the other side and solved a lot of problems with the “monsters” I had, I have accepted myself and I am calmer and with good energy to do what pleases me. I am angered by what we see with child violence, femicides, stupidity many times, gossip.”
Yannis Stankoglou also revealed: “Four days ago in rehearsal, nothing was coming out and in front of the cast, in front of the director, I had a blast. Fortunately these outbursts, working, once I realize I’m doing them, I can share them afterwards and with humor and in a way, or apologize”.
