THE Sean Diddy Combs allegedly tried to extort victims and potential witnesses from jail shortly before the trial began, according to Fox News.
Prosecutors handling his case filed a new lawsuit against him, asking that his fourth bid for bail be denied.
According to the documents, Diddy used phone devices belonging to other inmates and through them, allegedly made “hundreds” of calls and sent messages, in violation of prison regulations.
Prosecutors stress that Combs’ continued rule-breaking — from almost the first day of his detention at MDC — demonstrates his inability to comply with any parole conditions.
Additionally, it is alleged that Combs used his telephone communications to formulate a “public relations strategy” aimed at influencing public opinion through statements to the media.
