Who is the expert Rian Tavares?
To teach this winning mentality and practices that generate real results in companies, InfoMoney and XP Educação teamed up with Rian Tavares, from Rio de Janeiro, who understands well overcoming and transformation: he lost 54 kg (without surgery and without medication) and became a high-performance athlete in Triathlon, completing full Ironman, Ironman 70.3 and marathon races.
The Endurance mentality that Rian developed in triathlon – where every decision matters and resilience is the key to winning – was applied directly to entrepreneurship. He is a partner at XP, one of the largest financial institutions in Brazil, with more than 11 years of experience in the financial marketis a speaker and author of two books on financial markets and performance. For 5 years, he was a fixed income derivative trader at Bahia Asset funds and, later, SPX Capital, managers with assets under management in the order of tens of billions of reais.
At XP, Rian was responsible for the advisor training process, training more than a thousand students. He also led the fixed income desk at Assessoria XP, moving R$5 billion in assets per month. Currently, in the institutional relations team, he promotes more than 120 lectures per year throughout Brazil and participates in multimillion-dollar negotiations.
