The Piešťany workplace of the Trnava District Court is still waiting for expert opinions. This follows from the information provided to TASR by the spokeswoman of the Regional Court in Trnava and the district courts in its district, Jana Kondákorová.
“Since the court currently does not have expert opinions, it has not set a date for the public session,” spokeswoman zoomed in. In May, the court adjourned the public session indefinitely in order to prepare expert opinions from the field of psychology and psychiatry.
Kondákorová explained that in the meantime it was again decided to appoint an expert from the field of psychology. On October 9, the file was sent to the expert through the Trenčín District Court, Nové Mesto nad Váhom workplace.
A copy of the file was also made, which was sent to an expert from the department of psychiatry through the Košice Municipal Court. “An expert from the department of psychiatry delivered the case file back on November 14 through the Municipal Court of Košice. In the note of the Košice City Court, the expert announced that he would send the report separately,” a spokeswoman told TASR.
The proposal for the conditional release of Černák from prison was submitted by the civic association Reštart-nový život. At the public meeting in May, Černak requested that the decision on the motion for dismissal be made in such a way that it is also his personal motion. He once again regretted his actions.
The former boss of the Banská Bystrica underworld is serving a life sentence for participating in several murders. Life convicts can apply for parole after 25 years in prison.
