What will be the regulations for Series C 2025?
Series C 2025 will have the same regulations as in 2024. In the first phase, 20 clubs will face each other, in 19 games. The top eight move on to the second phase, forming two groups of four teams, with round-trip games.
The top two in each group in the second phase move up, while the leaders of each group go to the final.
Regarding relegation, the last four in the first phase go to Series D.

Which team was champion of Series C 2024?
The champion of Series C was Volta Redonda. The team from the state of Rio de Janeiro won both games in the decision against Athletic. In the first duel, in Volta Redonda (RJ), the home team won 1-0. In the second, Voltaço won 2-0 as a visitor and won Series C for the first time.

Who moved up to Series B in 2025?
Volta Redonda (guaranteed since the penultimate round of the second phase), Remo (guaranteed since the penultimate round of the second phase), Athletic (guaranteed in the last round of the second phase) and Ferroviária (guaranteed in the last round of the second phase) went up.
In Group B, Volta Redonda finished as leader and went to the final of Series C. Remo came second.
In Group C, the leadership went to Athletic, who advanced to the decision. Second place went to Ferroviária.
