The EU is concerned by reports that Iran, North Korea and China are producing and supplying complete weapons systems to Russia. This was announced by the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, after the meeting of the EU Council for Foreign Affairs in Brussels. TASR reports according to the Reuters agency.
“Without Iran and China, Russia could not sustain its military efforts,” Borrell declared. He pointed out that China’s role in the war in Ukraine is getting bigger and bigger. The Politico portal recalls Friday’s information from an unnamed high-ranking EU representative that according to intelligence, there is a factory in China that produces military drones for Russia.
Aj Iran is among Russia’s supporters in the military campaign in Ukraine and supplied him with thousands of suicide drones. Moscow is also supported by North Korea, which was the first country to send regular army units into combat alongside Moscow. According to Ukrainian and Western officials, North Korean soldiers are mainly deployed in Russia’s Kursk region, part of which is occupied by Ukraine.
