In this case, the recipe for pancakes with cheese is nothing special, apart from the last stage of preparation. We will need two basic ingredients – pancake dough and cheese mass. If we want the cake to be more dietary, we can prepare it without using fat and replace some of the milk with carbonated water. This way we will obtain more delicate pancakes with a fluffier structure and lower calorie content.

The cheese mass in this case consists of cottage cheese, homogenized cheese and egg yolks. It is slightly sweet and has a vanilla aroma. Importantly, it is a valuable source of protein. For this reason, cheese pancakes will be perfect for a sweet dinner. Not only will they provide us with a delicious taste, but they will also keep us full for a long time. As a result of baking, they acquire a completely different structure. Delicate dough and velvety interior create a whole that may even resemble .

They follow the given recipe 3-4 servings of the dish. However, if we are preparing them for a meeting with friends or a party, we can double the ingredients and prepare more pancakes. Guests will not be able to tear themselves away from them.

Ingredients for the cake:

  • 2 eggs,

  • 2 cups of wheat flour,
  • a glass of milk,
  • a glass of sparkling water,
  • a pinch of salt and sugar.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 600 g cottage cheese,
  • 2 yolks,
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar,
  • 150 g of vanilla homogenized cheese,
  • 30 g of vanilla sugar.

How to do it:

Mix two eggs in a large bowl, then add flour. Pour in milk and carbonated water, season with salt and sugar. When the dough has a pourable and smooth consistency, it will be ready for frying. Fry the pancakes on both sides in a non-stick pan until golden brown.

We prepare the filling. Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and then grind it with a fork or blender. Add egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar and homogenized cheese and mix. The mass should be thick and creamy. We can add to it favorite additions such as raisins, pieces of chopped chocolate or orange peel.

Fill each pancake with 2-3 tablespoons of cheese mass and roll it up like croquettes. Place them quite tightly in an ovenproof dish bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. They can be eaten straight away, but they taste best when they cool down a bit. Then the cheese mass has not only a delicious taste, but also a unique consistency.
