To prevent honey from spoiling, open jar should be closed tightly and store in a cool, shaded cupboard. Additionally, the vessel can be wrapped in paper, which will provide even greater protection against sunlight. In case We store sealed honey in the pantry or in another cool, dark room. It is important to no sunlight reached it. The temperature of the place where the honey will be kept should not exceed 19 degrees Celsius.

However, if even after such a period of time our honey has a normal, sweet smell and taste, we can still eat it without any worries. When deciding whether a bee’s offering is still edible, the most important thing is to be guided by its appearance and tastenot the expiration date or opening date.
