At the G20 summit in Brazil, Sergei Lavrov stated that Moscow will do everything to avoid a nuclear war. In the speech he also challenged Western leaders to read in full the decree that defines Russian nuclear doctrine.
“We are strongly in favor of doing everything to avoid a nuclear war,” assured the head of Russian diplomacy.
