Rita Pereira became a mother for the second time precisely a week ago. Lowê was born last Tuesday, November 12th, and has been a delight for the actress and Guillaume Lalung, who have been posting some photos and videos of the girl.

The digital influencer has already returned to training, as she made a point of sharing with her fans this Tuesday (19).

Through the Stories on her Instagram account, Rita Pereira published a first video in which she appears going to the gym and another already doing some exercises, explaining their ‘benefits’ postpartum.

“Some of the exercises I went to do today. Pelvic floor training: basic perineum contraction exercise can be done right after birth to help strengthen the pelvic floor and combat urinary incontinence.”he wrote.
