One of the founding partners of Grupo Líder, Osmar Corrêa Rodrigues, died this Monday (18), in Belém.

The businessman, who was 82 years old, suffered a cardiac arrest in a hemodialysis clinic. The information is from the portal g1.

Grupo Líder is one of the main retail chains in Pará, with supermarkets and department stores in Belém and other regions of the state.

The supermarket chain Líder expressed its feelings to Osmar’s family and friends in a note about his death, highlighting “this moment of great consternation”.

The Pará Supermarket Association (Aspas) also released a note lamenting his death and stated that the businessman “contributed significantly to the growth and consolidation of retail in the state of Pará. Therefore, his legacy will remain alive in everyone who was able to live with him. ”

The burial will be on Tuesday morning (19) at the Recanto da Saudade Cemetery, in Belém. The businessman leaves behind six children and 16 grandchildren.
