The Oscar-nominated actor Paul Mescal28, was asked about meeting King Charles III at the screening of “Gladiator 2” at the Royal Film Performance on November 13. The star revealed that meeting the monarch was not among his priorities, but that it was special for the director Ridley Scott86.
“I had never met the king [Charles III] before. It was definitely not something that was on my bingo cards. I’m Irish so that’s not on the priority list“, he said in an interview with Variety on Monday (18).
“But it’s amazing for Ridley [Scott, diretor]because I know how important it is to him. It’s for him, to see his film. Celebrating him in this context was very special”, he added.
