Sony is planning a mega deal: Japanese tech giant wants to take over “Elden Ring” publisher

The Japanese technology group Sony is apparently on the verge of an important takeover in the games industry, the Reuters agency reported on Tuesday. As has become known from “well-informed circles”, the Playstation manufacturer is currently negotiating the purchase of the Japanese media company Kadokawa. The publisher sells, among other things, games from From Software (Elden Ring, Dark Souls, Sekiro).
