- 150 g wheat flour;

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and slowly add them to the egg mass, preferably using a spatula. Cover the prepared dough and set aside for 15 minutes.
After this time start frying biscuit pancakes in a heated frying pan with a small amount of fat until each side is golden brown.
Serve the biscuit pancakes from the above recipe sweet. It is worth sprinkling them with cinnamon or powdered sugar. They also taste great with jam, maple syrup, chocolate or whipped cream and fruit.
We can serve this snack in a savory version. In this case, we add more salt and favorite herbs and spices to the mass. Then we serve these pancakes, for example, with grilled chicken, spinach and parmesan. We recommend pouring tomato sauce over everything.
