Czech firefighters intervene after the explosion of a diesel tanker in Podlusky, a district of Roudnice nad Labem. According to the findings so far of the members of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Ústí Region, the explosion apparently occurred while cleaning the tank.
“Three people were injured on the spot, and they were taken to the Medical Rescue Service for treatment,” the firemen explained, adding that the explosion did not cause a fire.
The responders carried out an on-site inspection of the affected building and the tank truck. “The fire investigator is now investigating the cause,” the fire department concluded.
