The singer’s first studio work John Lucas25, brings a tribute to his wife, Sasha Meneghel,26. In an interview, he revealed that as first tracks on the albumwhich bears his name, were inspired by Xuxa’s daughter.

Another song also involving the daughter of Rainha dos Baixinhos is “Minuto de Saudade”, which deals with the beginning of the relationship between the two, at CNN.
João Lucas is a former gospel singer and now, aged 24, he is pursuing a career in pop. His first song released in the genre, “Meu Bem”, was inspired by his marriage to Sasha Meneghel.
Still on the new artistic phase, in a recent interview with WhoJoão Lucas also commented on the criticism he received due to to the looks you have used to promote your work. “’Oh, that look isn’t cool because it’s too feminine for you’, are examples of the criticism I receive”, he reveals.
