10 minutes: part-time is the only job option for many women in Portugal

There are more women than men in part-time work in Portugal and for most of them it is the only option because they cannot find full-time work. Portugal is, in fact, below the European average in terms of equality in employment. Last year, 5% of the population aged 25 to 54 worked part-time. In education, we highlight the fact that half of displaced students do not have a rental contract, which compromises access to support.
